        In this work we detect, without any intrusion, the origin of infiltrations in buildings. It consists of the collection of thermal and visual images in walls, floors and ceilings which will allow to determine the existence of anomalies and \/ or constructive defects in the level of insulation, waterproofing or water leaks in pipes.
        \nThe analysis is performed on the spot by means of a high resolution thermal imager, with thermal images (thermograms) and visual images being collected.
